h1. Some MojoMojo History
h2. The days of Mitiki
First generation MojoMojo was called Mitiki. It was a Maypole and Class::DBI project inspired by the Rails application "Instiki":http://www.instiki.org.
h2. MiniMojo Inspiration
In June of 2005, another inspiration hit with the "Catalyst article":http://www.perl.com/pub/a/2005/06/02/catalyst.html?page=2 by Jesse Sheidlower which showed an example wiki application called MiniMojo. As a result of the article, Mitwiki was retooled using Catalyst and DBIx::Class. The result was called MojoMojo which was initially released in August 2007[1].
